New kindergartners are required to have be up-to-date on vaccinations for diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (DTP, DTAaP, or Tdap vaccine), polio, measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), hepatitis A and B, and varicella (chicken pox).

Seventh graders are required to have a Tdap booster, hepatitis B, varicella and meningitis. It is highly recommended they also receive the HPV series. Health professionals also encourage these same boosters for teachers as well as college students if they haven't had them.
