This notice describes the privacy practices of the Utah Association of Local Health Departments and pertains to all UALHD employees and volunteers.

This information is used by the Utah Association of Local Health Department staff to efficiently inform individuals about training opportunities, education, and advocacy needs. We take your privacy seriously and do not sell or share your email address or phone number when you subscribe to our email or text list to third parties for marketing purposes.

• If the individual qualifies as an at-risk employee request that the indiviudals personal data be classified as a private record.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
